Need LCEF forms, literature, or general information?

The Lutheran Church Extension Fund wants youth and youth group adult leaders who are attending the 2010 National Youth Gathering to be financially prepared. To ensure convenient and secure access to LCEF savings funds while at the event, please complete one of the Withdrawal Authorization Forms below:

• Withdrawal Authorization Form for Minors Attending the 2010 National Youth Gathering — This form must be completed by the account custodian and returned to LCEF to authorize a minor to withdraw funds from the listed LCEF demand investment(s) while at the Gathering.
• Withdrawal Authorization Form for Congregation Adult Leaders Attending the 2010 National Youth Gathering — This form must be completed by a congregation officer and returned to LCEF to authorize the adult leader(s) to withdraw funds from the listed LCEF congregation investment(s) while at the Gathering. (This form is not required for current authorized signers who are attending the event.)
• LCEF Exchange Withdrawal Form — Bring this form with you to the LCEF Exchange and be prepared to withdraw from your LCEF Dedicated Certificate (for individuals), Congregation Demand Certificate, or StewardAccount^® investment while at the Gathering.
